Why should you purchase a CAI Pre-Paid Discount Blocks?

Because you enjoy rate discounts, higher customer priority, accelerated response time, and no billable transit time—plus usage of any CAI services with no deadline in which to use them. We also provide you with statements of services performed and hours.

Handling Non-Emergency Issues
Once you contact us, we’ll respond within two hours via phone to determine the level of importance of your issue, and a plan of action. Depending on the level of importance, on-site service will be performed within 16 hours (two business days), or by a time agreed upon by you and a CAI Consultant/Technician.

Handling Emergency Issues
Emergency issues are defined by Computer Allí as a request to have any Consultant, Web Master/Designer, Web Tech, or PC Tech respond to an issue outside of regular business hours (8:00am to 5:30pm ET, Monday through Friday) without at least a 24-hour prior notice.

In addition:

  • Once you contact us about an emergency (a server failure, for example), we’ll respond within one hour via phone to determine the level of importance of your issue, and a plan of action. If necessary, an on-site service will be performed within a four-hour period.
  • Emergency issues are billed in ¼ hour intervals.
