The ideal candidate for this position should be very flexible, intuitive, and capable of operating under a number of time sensitive situations in a high velocity mission-critical environment. Candidate will work from home part of the time.This position requires the highest level of customer satisfaction through prompt on-site consulting of common to advanced networking products and services. Duties include designing, implementing and administrating LAN/WAN's with high levels of technical proficiency while completing projects and meeting goals within the estimated time and budgets. Hardware repair can be part of this position. Candidate must have self discipline, self motivation, people skills, and consultant level certifications along with dependable transportation, cell phone and laptop or home computer. This position requires driving (sometimes extreme) in the entire Atlanta area. Out of town travel is very rare. Extreme attention to detail within a several client scope is needed. Documentation, information updating and client followup is absolutely critical. Candidate must have high level experience in all Microsoft operating systems and working knowledge of Microsoft DNS, IIS for NT, general web/mail hosting and registration, virtual domains, IMail, ServU FTP administration, and Webtrends Log Analyzer. Skills must include tactical trouble shooting and client support efforts.

This position will start out as part time and grow to full time.

Required Skills: Windows 2003 Server, 2000, Exchange 2003, 2000 and 5.5 (BackOffice),Internet/T1 connectivity (TCP/IP), VPN/remote connectivity, firewalls, routers/switches, backup solutions, network anti-virus solutions, DNS.

Desired Skills: Voice/Data LAN/WAN integration, computer-based telephony

Non-Tech Skills: Customer service, Excellent verbal & written communications
